When you are indulging in colour cosmetics and foundations, 2 things are very important to use – a good moisturiser and a good primer. Since we’re talking about primers today, you must know that primers create a bridge between skincare and your colour cosmetics and it’s literally like putting a sheet over your moisturiser to protect your skin from the effects of cosmetics and the other harmful elements. Pallavi Symons talks about the number of primers she’s used through the span of her career, but recently she has taken a strong liking to the Kryolan Ultra Underbase, because it has the benefits of a moisturiser as well as a primer. It works very well for her on shoots and for herself. The gel finish of the products give a very cool and soothing effect on application, and it sets semi-matte, which is amazing! How To Make Your Nose Look Slimmer | Nose Contouring Makeup Tricks | Glamrs

All of us at some point have wished our nose had a different shape. For those of us that wished we had a slender nose, this is an amazing trick to know. It does take a while to practice and get it right, but when done correctly it alters the shape of the nose. The idea is to use a darker shade of foundation or concealer or even a bronzing powder, on the sides of your nose which naturally recede.This is called contouring. And to bring forth or highlight the bridge of the nose, or the parts of the nose that come forth.
TIP: Make sure you have practiced this technique a few times before you wear it to an important event. Keep a small brush handy, so you can draw precise lines. And remember to keep everything blended, so it looks seamless.
